Cup Notes: This is a classic coffee from Brazil that features a medium body and low acidity. When most people consider what a "classic" coffee Brazil would be, you might want to point to this one. Brazil is famous for their chocolate notes and underlying fruit notes that bring a great sweetness, and this coffee is no exception.

This coffee is from the southeast of Brazil. As with moth coffees of Brazil, there are tons of farms that cooperate and swap out coffees. The Cerrado region is stable, and known for warm temperatures, dry winters, and strong sunlight, which has proven itself to be extremely conducive to growing fantastic coffees. Due to the comparatively low growing altitude, the chocolate notes shine in these coffees every year.
